Now that we have reviewed the form navigation and recommended process for building surveys, we will proceed to discuss each of the administrative screens. However, you might find, at this point, that it will be helpful to open the Survey Builder in a separate window and observe how the sample survey collection (“Customer Satisfaction”) was created. Without modifying the surveys, navigate around the builder and preview the surveys. Submit the survey a few times and view the reports. Having some familiarity with how the sample surveys were built will make the content in this user guide clearer.
First we will discuss Designs, Progress Indicators and Images, all of which can be managed from the Design tab. If you wish to forego customizing survey designs at this time, and wish to dive right into the creation of survey forms, you can skip over the first three sections.
